You will also need to be available to meet all the needs of your guests, what they may be. If you aren't willing to put your time into your bed & breakfast you won't be happy and it won't be a successful business for you.

You will need to work very, very, hard every day to make your bed & breakfast a successful venture. You are going to have to be creative to keep all of your guests fulfilled at all times. Also, their needs will all be different from the next quest, so you not know what each and every day will bring.
